Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to staff and pupils.
• Troubleshoot computers, printers, software, and peripherals.
• Assist with preparing and configuring devices.
• Support classroom technology and digital learning resources.
• Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.
• Monitor IT equipment and assist with inventory management.
• Escalate more complex technical issues where necessary.
• Follow data protection, cybersecurity, and safeguarding procedures.
