Job summary

Marchant Recruitment is seeking an IT Technician for a reputable school in Harlow. You will provide first and second-line technical support to staff and students, troubleshoot devices, networks, and software, and help maintain hardware, printers and AV equipment.

You will contribute to smooth daily operations by managing user accounts, assisting with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and classroom technology such as interactive displays. A collaborative, supportive school culture awaits.

Responsibilities

• Providing first line and second-line technical support to staff and students.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
• Installing, configuring and maintaining computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Supporting users with Microsoft 365, Windows and other school-based software systems.
• Managing user accounts, passwords and access permissions.
• Assisting with the setup and maintenance of classroom technology, including interactive displays and AV equipment
