• Willingness to complete safeguarding and background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot computers, printers, peripherals, and classroom technology.
• Assist with setting up and maintaining staff and pupil devices.
• Support user accounts, access permissions, and software installations as required.
• Log support requests and keep accurate records of work completed.
• Help maintain IT equipment, inventory, and documentation.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support team.
• Follow data protection, cybersecurity, and safeguarding procedures.
