Are you an experienced and enthusiastic primary school teacher looking for flexible supply work.

We are working alongside a wide variety of primary schools in Northampton who need regular supply teachers to cover sickness and courses.

We are looking for teachers who are confident in all year groups from KS1 - KS2 and have strong behavioour management skills as well as a secure knowledge of the National Curriculum and the assessments that support this.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Working alongside a partner teacher / teaching assistant
  • Following school procedures and policies
  • Managing behaviour using the school behaviour policy
  • Delivery engaging lessons to pupils
