As part of a supportive staff team, you will have a passion for improving the lives for autistic pupils and their families. You will have a commitment to planning and delivering engaging lessons and you will engage with a wide range of professionals, including therapists to ensure all pupils are reaching their full potential. You will hold responsibility for supporting and leading your team who will work towards person-centred planning for each individual pupil.

Previous experience with supporting autistic pupils or teaching in an additional need s environment is desirable however full training and support will be given.
