A global insurance company is seeking a Customer Service Expert to join their Claims Team. This hybrid working role is based in Sheffield, requiring a positive approach to customer care and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidates will receive comprehensive training and support to help develop their skills. The position offers a starting salary between £25,400 and £29,028, bonuses, and various employee benefits including a pension scheme and up to 25 days holiday.
Location: Sheffield - this is a hybrid working role with 50% of your time in the office and 50% at home offering flexibility. (Initially it will be full-time for training - c. 12 weeks).
Allocated shift pattern between: 08:00 - 18:00, Monday - Friday

Don't worry if you have no previous Claims experience as we will give you all the training you will need to support you in your journey to learn about our products and customers.
