My client is looking for a Claims Executive to join their specialist Sports Claims team, managing a range of claims including liability, property, and personal accident.

The successful candidate will act as a key link between clients, insurers, and other stakeholders, ensuring claims are handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with regulatory standards. You’ll also provide technical and administrative support across the team, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as you develop.

Claims Executive – Sports Division

Hybrid – Birmingham | £30,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve claims efficiently, liaising with clients, insurers, and third parties.
  • Prepare and present claims documentation to underwriters and respond to queries.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the negotiation and settlement of claims to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
  • Assist with internal projects and contribute to team objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
About You
  • Some experience in a claims role, ideally within the London market or an international broker (not essential).
  • Understanding of insurance principles and the claims-handling process.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail.
  • Willing to support and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications
  • Educated to A-Level standard (grades A–C or equivalent).
