This role involves managing third-party claims, data entry, and supporting the financial performance of claims. Reporting to the ERO M40 Business Administration Manager, the Claims Administrator will primarily be responsible for recording of data and collation of evidential work records to support a cost recovery from third parties who cause damage to the M40 network. The Claims Administrator may also provide cover for other members of the Business Admin Department to build resilience within the team when colleagues are on leave. The overall function of the department is to provide support to the wider team in procurement, Accounts Payable, Facilities Management, Payroll, HR, Training and Fleet so experience in any of these areas would be of benefit.
