Job summary

A leading construction contractor in Leicester is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of cladding remediation projects. The ideal candidate will have an HNC or equivalent qualification in a construction-related discipline, possess various site safety certifications, and have experience in managing project timelines and budgets. This role involves liaising with different teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements while maintaining records for all aspects of the project.

Qualifications

• HNC or equivalent qualification/experience in construction-related discipline.
• CSCS card is required.
• Must possess Site Managers Safety SMSTS certification.
• Asbestos awareness, scaffold inspection and first aid certificates necessary.
• Experience in EWI or cladding is essential.
• Must be DBS checked for specific projects.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor delivery of the project according to time, quality and budget.
• Line management of block, assistant and site managers.
• Ensure effective communication with all key client staff and stakeholders.
• Take ownership of all management aspects of the works.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
