Key Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive advantages to support strategic bidding

• Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing relevant data

• Obtain accurate quotes for materials, systems, and subcontractor services to build reliable cost estimates

• Prepare detailed estimates for piling, civils, and groundworks projects

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to inform pricing

• Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors for technical input and pricing

• Support bid submissions with clear, professional documentation

• Collaborate with project teams to refine scopes and identify value engineering opportunities

• Monitor, control, and record onsite costs throughout project delivery
