Qualifications

• Previous experience within the construction or civil engineering industry.
• Good working knowledge of ICE/NEC forms of contract and construction law.
• Experience in commercial management and subcontract procurement.
• Skilled in estimation and cost analysis.

• Produce accurate cost and value reports.
• Manage cost forecasting and support monthly CVR updates.
