Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in housebuilding industry, e.g., roads and sewers.
• Degree course accredited by RICS or ICE is ideal.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support throughout the development process.
• Manage external consultants and statutory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations.

Skills

Extensive experience in housebuilding industry (roads, sewers, foundations)

IT / Computer literate

High proficiency in AutoCAD / PDS / Windes / Microdrainage

Ability to undertake civil engineering design

Strong understanding of technical and regulatory requirements

Ability to interpret geotechnical and environmental reports

Excellent time management

Education

Engineering related qualification, degree or equivalent
