Job summary
CBSbutler is seeking a Cisco Unified Communications Team Lead to join onsite in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. You will lead and support a local Cisco UC / Collaboration team, resolve complex Level 2 telephony incidents and coordinate vendor escalations to maintain service resilience.
The role covers CUCM, CMS, Expressway, VMR environments, and driving upgrades, projects and knowledge sharing across Cisco endpoints and video collaboration tools.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with CUCM, CMS, Expressway and related Cisco collaboration products.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve Level 2 telephony and video incidents across Cisco endpoints.
- Experience supporting CUCM, Unity Connection and Jabber in secure enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a local Cisco UC / Collaboration team onsite in Stevenage.
- Resolve complex Level 2 telephony and video conferencing incidents.
- Troubleshoot Cisco hardware, applications, endpoints and infrastructure.
- Support and maintain Cisco CMS, Expressway, B2B and MRA environments.
- Coordinate vendor/L3 escalations and participate in UC projects and upgrades.
- Drive knowledge sharing and team development to improve operations.
