Job summary
LA International is seeking an experienced Cisco Collaboration Engineer to join a high-performing team supporting and delivering enterprise Unified Communications and Video Conferencing solutions from Stevenage. You will play a key role in project delivery, incident resolution, platform administration and ongoing optimisation of a complex Cisco Collaboration environment.
The role requires hands-on experience with CUCM, Unity Connection, CMS, Expressway, Jaber/Webex, SIP/H.323 and related Cisco
Qualifications
- CCNP Collaboration / Voice is desirable.
- Expressway, CMS and Webex expertise is advantageous.
- Experience with enterprise Voice & Video estates and strong troubleshooting/stakeholder skills are key.
- Willingness to obtain security clearance; past high-level clearance is welcomed.
Responsibilities
- Support and deliver Cisco voice and video projects.
- Resolve complex incidents and technical escalations.
- Maintain and optimise collaboration platforms.
- Support video conferencing infrastructure and endpoints.
- Produce and update technical documentation.
- Work closely with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team.
