This role will be within our Water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

What will you be doing?

You’ll carry out pressure testing, flushing, chlorination and de‑chlorination of new and existing water mains and services along with setting up and operating dosing equipment safely, in line with COSHH and company procedures.

You’ll take and record water quality samples, liaising with the lab and client on results and prepare and follow RAMS, permits and isolation plans; complete site records and test certificates.

We’ll need you to work closely with site teams to plan access, timings and shutdowns and keep customers and stakeholders informed of any planned interruptions to supply.

What you’ll bring

• Do you have previous clean water network or commissioning experience?
• Do you hold EUSR Water Hygiene or are you willing to obtain this?
• Do you have a good understanding of disinfection and sampling, and a strong H&S focus, especially around chemicals?
• Do you hold NRSWA and DOMS? This would be an advantage.
• Have you got a full UK driving licence? required.
