We'dlike you to join us as a Children’s Support Worker at our young clients home in Poole.

Meet the Client :

I am 11yrs old. I have complex care needs and am non verbal. I need compassionate carers who will take time to get to know me , so that you can more easily read my non verbal communication . Additionally, be quick thinking and proactive to keep me safe at night. I particularly like music and can hum you lots of tunes. Mummy says I am an easy boy, getting to know meis key and if you take time to know me , I really am and your time supporting me will be very rewarding.

When you'll be working :
  • Monday nights
  • Waking night : 9pm-7am
  • 1 night a week, but flexibility to cover Tuesday nights when the other team member is on leave
What you'll be doing :

This role is to support a young boy with complex health needs in his family home overnight. This will involve supporting him with his clinical equipment.Full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
