We are supporting a specialist children’s residential provider who are now recruiting Qualified Residential Support Workers and Senior Support Workers to join their growing services. These small EBD homes offer stable, therapeutic environments where staff are supported, valued and developed.

You will work directly with children and young people in a nurturing, consistent and trauma‑informed environment. Responsibilities include :
Senior Support Workers will additionally support leadership tasks, shift‑leading and mentoring junior staff.
(Candidates must be confident driving in all conditions, including motorway and night driving.)
