Nurslink Ltd is seeking a compassionate Children’s Support Worker in Caerphilly for providing night care to a young girl with complex needs. This role involves personal care, managing PEG feeds, and providing a calm presence during the night. Excellent training and a supportive team are offered, alongside flexible working options and a refer-a-friend bonus.
Location: Caerphilly
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Hours: After school, weekends and holidays, with some waking nights to support the wider team
Driver Required: Yes – must have business insurance

Job Title: Children’s Support Worker
Are you someone who shines on night shifts, loves making a difference, and has a real passion for supporting children with complex needs? We’re looking for a Children’s Support Worker to join an amazing team in Caerphilly providing calm, consistent overnight care to a bright and joyful young girl.
This is a 2:1 package with a strong existing team in place, and we’re looking to welcome another fantastic Children’s Support Worker to support her through evenings, weekends, school holidays, and occasional waking nights.
