* Shifts: Days & Nights available
* Shift Times: Days start and finish between 7am‑10.30pm & Nights are 10pm – 8am
* Pay: £13.50 per hour plus additional holiday pay

Vetro Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Residential Support Worker to join a specialist service that supports young people with complex needs in our 3‑4 bedroom residential homes. These homes provide a nurturing and safe environment, ensuring each young person receives the tailored care and support they deserve.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting the daily lives of young people with complex needs. You will be responsible for providing high‑quality care and support, implementing personalised care plans, and ensuring that the young people are supported to engage in activities that help develop their independence, social skills, and overall well‑being. Our homes cater to a wide range of cultural backgrounds, and we create care plans that are unique to each individual, ensuring their specific needs are met. Some of our young people may present with anger management issues, absconding behaviours, and criminal behaviours, so your role will require a calm, patient, and proactive approach.
