Overview

Job Title: Children’s Residential Care Worker. Location: Winsford. Pay: £20.93 per hour (umbrella) + enhancements for evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts. Contract Type: Full-time, 37 hours per week, shift-based.

Sanctuary Personnel, a trusted recruitment partner for social care professionals, is looking for a Children’s Residential Care Worker to join an Outstanding Ofsted-rated short breaks home in Winsford.

The Role
  • Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where children can thrive
  • Act as a key worker, building positive relationships with children, families, and professionals
  • Support individual care plans through assessment, implementation, and review
  • Assist with moving and handling, administering medication, and providing personal care
  • Keep accurate records and contribute to reports for reviews, planning meetings, and court requirements
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience supporting children and young people
  • Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Compliance: Enhanced DBS & Right to Work in the UK
