Band 7, Part Time - 30 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Band 7 Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Children’s Physiotherapy team at the Crystal Children’s Development Centre. This senior role offers the opportunity to lead on complex clinical cases, contribute to service development, and provide mentorship within our friendly, inclusive, and forward‑thinking team.

As part of our multidisciplinary service, you will play a key role in shaping high‑quality care for children and young people with diverse needs. You will be supported by a collaborative environment that values professional growth, innovation, and compassionate practice.   • Manage and lead a complex caseload of children with diverse physical and developmental needs.
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision for Band 5 and Band 6 staff, students, and support workers.
  • Work across clinic, home, and school settings to deliver high‑quality, family‑centred care.
  • Contribute to service planning, audits, and quality improvement projects.
  • Act as a point of contact for partner agencies including education and social care.
  • Support innovation and development within the children’s physiotherapy service.
