Overview

We are looking for a Children's Nurse to join our enthusiastic ranks in the community, delivering care & support to CYP with the most complex health needs in our area. Practice across home, school, social care settings throughout the Harrogate & rural footprint.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver specialist community care and support to CYP across a range of settings.
  • Work as part of a small team of community nurses in and around Harrogate.
Qualifications
  • Recent clinical community experience delivering care to CYP with complex health needs.
  • Specific skills: CIVAD access, rheumatology medication administration, babies requiring O2 therapy, pressure area, enteral feeding, tracheostomy & wound care.
  • Strong communication, training, solutions‑focused planning & self‑management skills.
  • Non‑medical prescriber desirable.
