Overview

Children's Home Manager role for an Ofsted registered home in Camden. A permanent full-time position with a social enterprise that reinvests profits back into its homes. The successful candidate will be the brand new Registered Manager for a newly established 4-bed home, with the opportunity to build a new team and culture and provide the very best in support to young people with difficult beginnings.

The home is a brand new 4-bed residence in Camden where you can shape the service and lead the delivery of high-quality care for young people.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a new team; establish a positive home culture; ensure high standards of care and safeguarding; oversee operational delivery for the Ofsted registered home; drive continuous improvement and compliance; provide strong leadership to ensure the best outcomes for young people.

Salary and Benefits

Permanent full-time role with a base salary of £53,000, a £3,000 Car Allowance, and potential bonuses with an OTE of £63,000.

Qualifications
