A community health organization in Bath is seeking a compassionate Children in Care Nurse for a part-time position of 16 hours per week. The role involves supporting the Named Nurse for Children in Care, conducting holistic health assessments, and providing trauma-informed care. Ideal candidates will have nursing qualifications and experience working with children in vulnerable situations. The position offers a salary range of £44,485 - £52,521 FTE and various professional development opportunities.
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Children in Care Nurse to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to the health and wellbeing of children and young people in care.
You will support the Named Nurse for Children in Care and the wider team to ensure the organisation fulfils its statutory and contractual responsibilities for Children in Care. Deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care in partnership with safeguarding colleagues, CAMHS, and multi-agency partners to improve the health and wellbeing of this vulnerable group.
This is a part-time position working 16 hours per week.
