A children’s residential care provider in Birmingham seeks a Residential Care Practitioner to deliver high-quality, child-centred care. The role involves supporting young people with learning disabilities and emotional needs, promoting their well-being and independence. Ideal candidates should have experience in social care, strong communication skills, and relevant qualifications. Competitive salary of £12.31 - £12.66 per hour offered.

As a Residential Care Practitioner, you’ll provide high-quality, child-centred care to children and young people with learning disabilities, behavioural challenges, and emotional needs. You’ll work collaboratively with a close-knit team to promote wellbeing, personal development and independence in line with individual care plans.
