Job description
Step up to senior | Mixed & manageable caseload | Regular Reflective supervision | Secure stable contract

If you are an experienced children’s social worker currently open to a change, we are currently looking for an experienced practitioner to join a well established Safeguarding service based in the South East of England, as a senior social worker. This council operates using the Child and Family Assessment model, meaning a mixture of short term assessment work, with a long term CIN / CP caseload, meaning you can form positive relationships with children and families and make a real difference to their lives.

Leaders in Care are offering £42/h for this role. In this role, you will be joining a strong team who have built a reputation for stability. Also, funding has been approved to ensure stability and peace of mind for you, with a six‑month contract from the get go. Other benefits include a manageable caseload, as cases are split evenly across the service, so you can dedicate the necessary time to each case. You will also be supported by the longstanding management structure and strong team to ensure you feel comfortable in the role so you can focus on doing your best work and enjoying all the island has to offer in your down time.

As this is a statutory role, you do require a social work qualification & registration to Social Work England. For more info, call 07897 024978 or email your CV to Chris@leadersincare.co.uk.
