If you are an experienced children’s social worker currently open to a change, we are currently looking for an experienced practitioner to join a well established Safeguarding service based in the South East of England, as a senior social worker. This council operates using the Child and Family Assessment model, meaning a mixture of short term assessment work, with a long term CIN / CP caseload, meaning you can form positive relationships with children and families and make a real difference to their lives.

Leaders in Care are offering £42/h for this role. In this role, you will be joining a strong team who have built a reputation for stability. Also, funding has been approved to ensure stability and peace of mind for you, with a six‑month contract from the get go. Other benefits include a manageable caseload, as cases are split evenly across the service, so you can dedicate the necessary time to each case.
