We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to oversee the financial and operational aspects of our expanding firm. The successful candidate will work closely with the firm’s Directors, have responsibilities for areas that include financial health, compliance, marketing and HR, and therefore play a leading role in the firm’s continuing growth. The role presents an exciting opportunity for longer term career progression to director level for the right candidate. Start date – As soon as possible.

  • We provide flexible-working to qualified fee earners and senior management to support life/work balance and a family-friendly environment. That includes flexible working days with core hours of 11am to 3pm; compressed hours of 14 days at 7.5 hours/1 day off per 3 weeks (if desired); TOIL; and hybrid office/ work from home.
