As Chief of Staff you will work directly with our CEO to drive the most critical initiatives that shape the future of STRATOS. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity loves solving hard problems and wants to gain exposure to every aspect of building and scaling a company. You will support business development efforts manage strategic projects and collaborate closely with the commercial team to ensure our go-to-market strategy is executed with excellence.

This is a high-impact high-visibility position ideal for someone with strong analytical skills commercial acumen and the ability to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.

Tasks
  • Support the CEO both on our strategic agenda and day-to-day execution
  • Advance our business development activities: from pipeline research and partnership outreach to proposal preparation and deal support.
  • Drive and own strategic projects that span across product operations and commercial teams.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform leadership decision‑making.
  • Create compelling presentations and analyses for investors, partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a force multiplier for the CEO ensuring meetings follow‑ups and initiatives move forward efficiently.
  • Roll up your sleeves to solve problems wherever they arise whether that’s in sales operations, product feedback or hiring.
Requirements
  • Distinctive academic record from a leading university.
  • 2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking or a high‑growth start‑up in a strategy, operations or chief‑of‑staff style role.
  • Exceptional problem‑solving and analytical skills able to quickly structure ambiguous problems and derive insights from data.
  • Highly effective communicator comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset proactive resourceful and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
  • Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative fast‑paced environment.
  • Driven and reliable with excellent work ethic and high integrity.
  • Fluent in English.
