A leading charity organization in the UK is seeking a skilled individual to oversee supported accommodation services for vulnerable adults. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in managing accommodation services, particularly in a criminal justice context. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to succeed in this important role.
Are you ready to lead a vital front-line service making a real difference to people’s lives? Axis Supported Living (ASL) is a charity providing supported accommodation for high-risk and vulnerable adults subject to National Probation Service supervision.
We are seeking a skilled and committed person to take responsibility for overseeing our supported accommodation services across our portfolio of c.75 properties. You’ll report to the Board of Trustees and work closely with our small but dedicated team to deliver high-quality, safe, and outcomes‑focussed housing and support.
