Adler & Allan seeks an exceptional Head of Commercial Solutions to lead the commercial growth of its Environmental Services Division across diverse service lines. You will drive growth, manage opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships to deliver sustainable business performance.

You will lead commercial strategy, bids, tenders, and contract negotiations while collaborating with operations and technical teams to meet client needs and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Extensive track record in senior commercial or sales leadership roles.
• Experience across growth strategy development and revenue delivery.
• Strong financial acumen and targets oversight.
• Expertise in contract negotiation and tender management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver ambitious commercial growth plans aligned to business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth across recurring and project-based service lines.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within key market sectors.
• Lead commercial activities including opportunity management, forecasting, bids, tenders, and contract negotiations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to maximise long-term value.
• Collaborate with operational, technical, and commercial teams to translate needs into solutions.
• Support strategic planning, business case development, and growth initiatives.
• Monitor commercial performance, pipeline activity, and market trends to drive informed decisions.
• Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability and commercial excellence.
