Job description

Fantastic opportunity for a chemistry graduate looking to develop their analytical skills in a leading testing laboratory known for their warm, supportive and inclusive culture.

Working as part of a close-knit team, you will analyse a variety of environmental samples using a range of chromatography and mass spectrometry instrumentation. You will be involved in sample preparation, method development and validation processes within a GLP regulated environment, as well as analysing data sets and producing reports.

Responsibilities

Perform analytical work on environmental samples, including sample preparation, chromatographic analysis, mass spectrometry data acquisition, method development and validation, and report generation within a GLP regulated environment.

Qualifications
  • A degree in Chemistry (or related discipline)
  • Previous experience using HPLC, GC, LC-MS and/or LC-MS/MS
  • Knowledge of a regulated environment (GLP, GMP, ISO17025, etc) would be beneficial, though not essential
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team atmosphere
