You will be involved in preparing seasonal menus and ensuring high levels of food safety and hygiene. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Day shift 07 : 00 - 15.00 (hours may vary to business needs)
5 days over 7 including weekends

Menu Excellence: preparation of seasonal menus, using your craft skills working with fresh ingredients.
Team Leadership: supervising and motivating the kitchen team and front of house team to ensure a smooth service.
Safety Champion: ensuring compliance with all food hygiene, allergen and H&S regulations.
Proven chef de partie experience / experienced commis ready to move up
Knowledge of various cooking techniques
Strong understanding of food safety and allergens
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to details and organisational skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
