The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Chef to join our small, dedicated team. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering high‑volume, quality catering.

Key Details

• Schedule: 4 days per week, with a guaranteed minimum of one weekend off per month
• Shift Patterns: Typically between 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM or 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM
• Service Volume: Prepare and cook for up to 180 guests per lunch and dinner service
• Team Structure: You’ll be the sole chef on duty, supported by a kitchen porter
• Environment: Operate as part of a tight‑knit, collaborative team
