Catering Manager - PWG Barracks
Location: PWG Barracks
Salary: £30,419 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week

Are you a passionate leader with a flair for food service and team management? We’re looking for an experienced Catering Manager to oversee operations at PWG Barracks. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll ensure top-quality food, service, and compliance across all units.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to assist culinary teams within the kitchen when required
• Lead and support catering teams across multiple locations
• Manage budgets, inventories, and operational KPIs
• Ensure accurate end-of-week/month accounts and internal audits
• Drive customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
• Maintain high standards in food quality, health & safety, and team training

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in catering or a similar field
• Culinary background
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial skills
