A family-owned catering company in Greater London is seeking a Chef Manager to lead their school catering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the service, overseeing stock control, and planning menus while ensuring the use of fresh and seasonal ingredients. A background in management and dedication to high-quality food preparation is essential. This role offers a competitive salary based on experience.
35 Hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are looking for a Chef Manager to lead one of our school catering teams. The position will be responsible for providing a catering service, managing the team, maintaining stock control, planning menus and any additional hospitality requirements.
The ideal candidate will have proven craft and management skills, a real passion for fresh food and previous client liaison experience. Ideally qualified to NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary.
