The Chancery Rosewood is a Rosewood Hotel Group property housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. Featuring 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand and a collection of distinctive dining and lifestyle spaces, the hotel provides a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our Staff Restaurant team, supporting the daily dining experience for our associates with high-quality, thoughtful, and nourishing dishes that reflect our philosophy of care from the inside out. As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food for our staff restaurant, ensuring every service is efficient, consistent, and aligned with Rosewood's culinary standards. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to craft menus that are seasonal, balanced, and full of flavor, giving our associates the same sense of care we show our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services in the staff restaurant
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to develop varied, nutritious menus
  • Maintain exceptional hygiene, food safety, and organizational standards
  • Support stock control, ordering, and mise-en-place planning
