A leading dining venue in Wales is seeking a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie to create dishes using locally sourced produce. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume kitchen and be adept at working with fresh ingredients. This permanent role offers opportunities for progression and various benefits including share of tips and accommodation.
A hotel that is a very popular dining venue is seeking either a Demi Chef de Partie or a Chef de Partie to work in the kitchen creating dishes for the restaurant and the function room. During the busiest times the restaurant can serve up to 250 covers due to the reputation it has built in the area as a leading dining venue. As Chef de Partie you will be given the opportunity to cook locally sourced produce to create the dishes from the regularly changing menus.
The Head Chef of the property is seeking a Chef de Partie or very strong Commis Chef who has experience working in a similar kitchen environment. It is essential that you are used to cooking with all fresh ingredients and able to work well under pressure in a fast paced, high volume kitchen.
