Butcombe Group is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our team in a bustling kitchen across our pubs and inns in the UK. You’ll lead a designated section, crafting high-quality dishes with attention to freshness, presentation, and pace, under the direction of the Head Chef.

You will maintain rigorous food hygiene, support stock and documentation, and contribute to a positive, high-energy kitchen culture across our beautiful locations.

Qualifications

• Passion for cooking and willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to work under Head Chef direction while maintaining high standards.
• Commitment to food hygiene and safety.
• Experience delivering high-quality dishes.

Responsibilities

• Run a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth day-to-day service and high standards.
• Prepare and cook high-quality, freshly produced dishes per menu and Head Chef direction.
• Deliver excellent food quality, presentation, and speed of service to exceed guest expectations.
• Support the wider kitchen team during service to ensure a seamless operation.
• Manage your section’s performance including portion control, stock rotation, and waste minimisation.
