Your role involves running a section, preparing dishes, maintaining quality and speed, and ensuring food hygiene and stock control across service shifts.

Responsibilities

• Running a designated section of the kitchen with high daily standards.
• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in line with the menu and Head Chef guidance.
• Delivering excellent food quality, presentation, and speed of service.
• Supporting the wider kitchen team during service.
• Managing your section’s waste, portions, and stock rotation.
• Maintaining food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
