Butcombe Group is seeking a Chef De Partie to join its team in the UK, delivering high-quality dishes across picturesque locations. You will lead a kitchen section, work closely with the Head Chef, and contribute to a consistently excellent dining experience.

This role emphasizes food quality, efficiency, team collaboration, and adherence to hygiene standards in a busy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

Running a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth day-to-day service and high standards.
Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in line with the menu and Head Chef direction.
Delivering excellent food quality, presentation, and speed of service to exceed guest expectations.
Supporting the wider kitchen team during service and stepping up when required.
Managing portion control, stock rotation, and waste to support gross profit targets.
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, safety, cleanliness, and personal presentation.
Supporting stock management, ordering, and routine kitchen documentation.
Working collaboratively with the kitchen team and upholding company standards.
