As a Chef de Partie, you will lead a section within our open plan kitchen, working closely with the team to deliver outstanding dishes that delight our guests. We're keen on supporting those looking to progress in their culinary career, with the aspiration of moving into a Sous Chef role soon.

Venue

Brett is a relaxed, urban restaurant nestled in the vibrant neighbourhood of Kelvinbridge. Our focus is on cooking over fire in an open kitchen that serves as the lively heart of the venue. Guests can enjoy front-row seats to watch culinary creations come to life, or relax in more traditional seating by the window or on our intimate mezzanine. Our eclectic, modern wine list features producers from across the globe, complemented by house-bottled cocktails and artisan soft drinks for a truly memorable dining experience.

What We're Looking For: Core Skills & Requirements
  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Possess a genuine passion for food, with previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen
  • Excellent team player with strong communication skills
  • Capable of organising your section effectively by writing comprehensive MEP sheets, managing order lists, and prioritising tasks
  • Take pride in your work and your appearance
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a daily striving for excellence
