They are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Chef de Partie to join their award-winning team and make a positive impact on residents' lives every day.
As a Chef de Partie, you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to lead a culinary team that provides a nutritionally balanced, comprehensive, and high-quality culinary service, contributing to the overall wellbeing of the residents. This includes preparing nutritious meals and beverages to a high standard, supporting cost-effective stock control systems, and working with the leadership team to develop and review the menu.
Your focus as Chef de Partie will be to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to lead a culinary team that provides a nutritionally balanced, comprehensive and high-quality culinary service, which contributes to the overall wellbeing of the residents.
