A global leader in services is seeking a Chef de Partie to work in the stunning Shetland Islands. You will be responsible for preparing meals for over 400 employees while leading food preparation and guiding team members. This role offers a unique opportunity with comprehensive support including accommodation, meals, and training. £14.42 per hour

Prepare and cook meals for 400+ employees
Lead food preparation in your section
Support menu planning, ordering, and compliance records
Train, guide, and develop team members
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen
Deliver excellent customer service
Assist the Head Chef with stock ordering and paperwork
Follow all HSE standards at all times
Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional kitchen
NVQ Level 2 qualification (essential)
Experience in menu planning and food production
Exposure to large-scale or bulk catering
A hands-on approach with strong organisational skills
