A family-run British pub is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join their vibrant kitchen team. The ideal candidate will lead sections during service, develop junior team members, and work with the Head Chef to ensure exceptional quality in dishes. This role offers flexible shifts, competitive pay, and numerous perks, including tips and discounts. Pay: £12 per hour (£28,080 per year for a 45‑hour week), plus up to £5,500 per year in tips (paid weekly). Total potential earnings: £33,580 per year.

Rick and Jill Stein started our family‑run business in 1975, and today we employ over 600 happy staff across 10 restaurants, hotel rooms, a cookery school, shops and an online shop. Rick and Jill remain heavily involved, as are their three sons Ed, Jack and Charlie.
