Chef de Partie

Pay: £12 per hour (£28,080 per year for a 45‑hour week), plus up to £5,500 per year in tips (paid weekly). Total potential earnings: £33,580 per year.

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our friendly kitchen team at our Rick Stein countryside pub, The Cornish Arms, St Merryn, Cornwall.

  • Knowing and leading sections during service

Our story

Rick and Jill Stein started our family‑run business in 1975, and today we employ over 600 happy staff across 10 restaurants, hotel rooms, a cookery school, shops and an online shop. Rick and Jill remain heavily involved, as are their three sons Ed, Jack and Charlie.
