Qualifications

£28,579 per annum | 37.5 hours per week | 3 Positions Available

Pay & Hours

• £28,579 per annum
• 37.5 hours per week (5 out of 7 days)
• 1 weekend in 4 (2-week rotating rota)
• Early shift: 06:30 - 14:00
• Late shift: 11:00 - 20:00

Meal Service Times

• Breakfast – 07:00 to 08:30
• Lunch – 12:00 to 13:30
• Evening meal – 17:30 to 18:30

About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dedicated team at Kendrew Barracks, Cottesmore. You’ll be part of a small, supportive kitchen team delivering freshly prepared meals for service personnel, maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.
