A prestigious hotel in North Bovey is looking for a passionate Chef De Partie to manage a section and prepare high-quality rosette standard food. This role involves mentoring junior chefs and creating innovative dishes with the Head Chef. As Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for managing a section - preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality rosette standard food. You’ll use your passion, innovation and current trends to create new dishes alongside the Head Chef and support/mentor any Commis Chef’s and Apprentices working alongside you.
This role is 48 hrs (typical hours - 12:00pm-10:00pm) based upon 5/7 days per week.

The successful candidate for the role of Chef De Partie will be professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing Rosette Standard food. You will be required to work well within the team and lead by example to the brigade.
