Chef de Partie

Location: London

Salary: £16.88 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

We are seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team in London. Working within a high-quality staff dining environment, this role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for presentation, strong organisational skills and a desire to grow within a professional corporate catering setting.

As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section, contribute to smooth day-to-day operations, and deliver consistently high-standard dishes that reflect the expectations of our busy corporate clientele. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven chef who is looking for progression and further responsibility within a supportive and structured workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
  • Run your designated section efficiently during breakfast and lunch service.
  • Assist with menu execution and daily service planning.
  • Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene, organisation and food safety practices.
  • Support stock rotation, deliveries, labelling and waste control.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, presentation and teamwork.
Preferred Experience & Skills
  • Previous experience in corporate catering, staff dining or high-volume service.
  • Strong culinary and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
  • Positive attitude, reliability and a desire to progress within the team.
