LJ Recruitment is supporting a luxury Spanish restaurant in Maidenhead, celebrated for its stylish atmosphere, modern approach to tapas, and high-quality Spanish cuisine. Serving up to 450 covers on busy days, the restaurant forms part of a successful and expanding group with two established sites and a third opening next year.

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie with a passion for Spanish flavours and tapas-style cooking, eager to grow within a dynamic kitchen team.

What We're Offering
  • £32,000-£33,000 base salary
  • Up to £40,000 OTE with Tronc

  • Five straight shifts per week on a rota basis

Your Role
  • Work as a key member of a brigade of 5-6 chefs
  • Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard
  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef across all sections
  • Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation
  • Contribute to menu development and seasonal dish ideas
  • Deliver smooth service in a high-volume environment (up to 450 covers per day)
About You
  • Proven experience as a CDP, experience in a Spanish or Mediterranean-style kitchen would be an added bonus
  • Strong understanding of tapas, flavour balance, and fresh ingredients
  • Reliable, motivated, and committed to delivering quality
  • Able to work well within a small, close-knit brigade
  • Passionate about developing your skills and advancing your career
