Estates & Facilities Management are the campus hospitality provider at Loughborough University. We provide accommodation and catering within our halls of residence and within our various food and bar outlets for students, staff and visitors.
We require an enthusiastic fresh food Chef De Partie to join our fun and vibrant team to provide a high standard of food for students, visitors and events. Based in our busy campus kitchens you will be working alongside our senior chefs who will mentor you and allow you to gain experience of working in all sections of the business.
The successful candidate must be competent and capable in all areas of the kitchen, be able to work with limited supervision and possess the ability to prepare and serve food of an outstanding quality which consistently exceeds expectations. You should be passionate and ambitious to learn, have excellent customer service skills and be able to work as part of a team.
The position that is currently available is for 37 hours per week on a 52 week (5 over 7) open ended contract.
