£30,264 per annum

Day shift 07:00 - 15:00 (hours may vary to business needs)

5 days over 7 including weekends

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Excellence: preparation of seasonal menus, using your craft skills working with fresh ingredients.
  • Team Leadership: supervising and motivating the kitchen team and front of house team to ensure a smooth service.
  • Safety Champion: ensuring compliance with all food hygiene, allergen and H&S regulations.
